Job Description

You will be in the field providing Support and installations and repairs to clients located in your specific are within mainland UK utilising your certified skills for competitive rates of pay. You must be a UK citizen and be able to provide a valid uk passport and IT certificate on request.

Duties include:
The job will involve troubleshooting computer problems as a Field Service Engineer you will be performing tasks such as:
- Data backup
- PC Repair
- Computer installation
- PC health checks
- Upgrades
- Diagnostics
- Disaster recovery
- Broadband installation and repairs
- Experience of managing computers, networks and peripherals
- Experience of solving and fixing IT problems
- Experience of networking and servers
- Knowledge of all Microsoft products and operating systems
- Researching and troubleshooting skills
- Self motivated
- Excellent time management skills
- Proactive
- Able to use your initiative
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Honest and reliable
- Professional with a commitment to help grow the business
- A keen eye to spot potential problems before they happen
- Customer services.
- Passed one of the following: Comptia A+, Comptia Network+, MCSE,MCSA, MCP .
